This Grill Fanatics charcoal comes from the Marabu – Dichrostachys Cinera tree. Marabu is a very hard stick-shaped wood and therefore extremely suitable for a long Low & Slow BBQ session and has a much longer burning time than European charcoal. The great thing is that Marabu charcoal gives off a neutral mild smoky taste. When you’re done BBQing and you extinguish the charcoal by closing the lid and shutting off the air supply, you can just relight it next time!
